SUMMER HOLIDAY 2016 DATES
ADULT SUNSET HACK
A lovely evening for our adults to come along. Spend time grooming your horse and getting tacked up and then off out we go. On our route home we should be able to see the sun setting over us. Then a relaxed time on the patio with Prosecco. A lovely opportunity to unwind and chat about our hack.
Date: 8th July Time: arrive for 7pm
Adult Evening Hacks
Again, especially for our adults, a lovely leisurely hack out early evening. A great way to unwind after work. Tea, coffee and biscuits upon your return.

OWN A PONY DAYS
A great fun day for younger and less experienced children and also our young Pony Club Members. Lots of time around the ponies, grooming and handling. Riding lesson in the morning plus a second fun riding session in the afternoon. Need to bring a packed lunch. All participants receive a special “Own a Pony Day” rosette. Times: 9.30 to 3pm £46 NB members or £49

Cross Country Training Camp (after school)
Great fun training sessions over our purpose built small cross country course learning how to deal with individual obstacles. Associated training for specialized equipment needed etc. working towards Pony Club badges. BODY PROTECTORS MUST BE WORN AT THESE EVENTS
Dates these are running: 15th July, 9th & 16th September. Times: 4.30pm to 7.30
2 Day Camp
Our very popular 2 Day Camp. Need to be able to do some canter work and pole work confidently. Lots of lots of riding and horse care, including flat work, grid and course jumping. badges and also their Bronze or Silver Attendance rosette for all that attend. Will require a packed lunch.
Dates these are running: 24th & 25th August. Times: 10am to 4.30pm
Cross Country Training Camp (with associated Pony club training)
A very exiting day planned with lots of field action over the cross country fences, with a competition element in the afternoon. Rosettes for all that attend. Brig a packed lunch. BODY PROTECTORS MUST BE WORN FOR THIS EVENT. A great confidence booster!!
Date: 5th August Time: 10am to 4pm.
Pony Club Jumping and Equitation Competition
A separate schedule with all the classes and an entry form is available in the booking in office, in the “Pony Club Corner”. A chance for the children to have a go a being in a friendly but competitive environment. Rosettes for places etc. Ridden classes as well as jumping. This particular event is also open to non Pony Club Members. Pony Club members will be accumulating their points.
Date: 26th August. Arrive for 9.15
NORTHBROOK SUMMER RESIDENTIAL CAMP
Wow – its back again!! Our amazing summer camp just becomes more fun every year. So much riding every day covering flat work, grid work, jumping, cross country, bare back, horse ball and some hacking. Full camping itinerary and information sheet available for our campers. Teenagers Hacking Day
Children must be in our hour lessons cantering with confidence to attend this. Another great day at the yard. Lots of yard based training alongside a fun hack out around the countryside. A real summer must for our confident children. BODY PROTECTORS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED.

Adult Activity Day on Sunday 10th April 2016
Back after serious demand from our adults!! A great day spent around the horses allowing you time to groom and care for your horse and carry out the daily yard chores. Training on handling etc. Two ridden sessions, morning and afternoon. Tea, coffee and biscuits etc will be served but please bring a packed lunch too. Limited spaces as will need to carefully allocate our horses to riders. To arrive at 10am, should be finished for 3pm. £50 NB members or £53 non members.
