A professional and caring dog grooming salon, which is based in the grounds of the Equestrian Centre at Offord Cluny, which is a quiet and rural location situated on the outskirts of the village.
The Dog Grooming is housed within its own new purpose built cabin and is owned by Andrea Pavet-Golding who is also the owner of Northbrook Equestrian Centre, which facilitates a Riding School and Special Needs Therapy Centre. The salon is co-managed by our fully qualified groomer Ellie Preston.
We appreciate how important and special your dogs are; being a member of your family and we pride ourselves on giving them the respectful care and attention they deserve.
The start we give to our puppies (fur babies) in our families is such an important time and those first few months of training and socialisation are so important, which is why we offer a ‘Puppy Package’ as puppies need to grow up feeling happy and confident when having their trip to the groomers. Through our 6 session course we socialise and adapt the puppies to be happy in this environment, being allowed to get used to the sounds and goings on within the salon. This is done in a fun and relaxed manner (with toys) and each puppy is allowed to progress on an individual basis.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, making sure we achieve the exact style of cut you are looking for. Getting to know and understand your dog/s is again a top priority.
Animal welfare is held in very high regard and we are extremely proud of our 5 star rating for the centre.
There is ample parking here and you can head straight out the gate onto some wonderful farmland tracks for dog walking, enabling you to enjoy the safety and natural beauty of the surrounding countryside.
There will be other facilities to follow at Canine Complete Care; being physio therapy and also hydro therapy. A secured and safe paddock to run your dogs in will also become available. Dog training classes, along with agility is also in the plan.
